Nicks Nuts Shipping and Policy Information: Orders received over the Internet will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order and your confirmation. Exception to this policy are orders received after close of shipping on Thursday of each week. They will be shipped on the first day of business, the following week. Any questions regarding your shipment can be directed to us via our toll free number, 1-888-642-5768. We have daily pickup service, Monday through Friday, by United Parcel Service. UPS reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Please be sure that you have the correct and complete address, including apartment numbers for residential or suite numbers for commercial. UPS will not deliver packages to P. O. Boxes. If you would like to track your order, we will supply the UPS tracking number when requested by e-mail to nick@nicksnuts.com. UPS supplies tracking and transit information on their website at www.ups.com. We are located in Norcross, GA 30071 which you can use to determine delivery time for your order via UPS. Deliveries to commercial addresses are guaranteed to arrive by the day promised. Deliveries to residential addresses receive scheduled delivery and the same dependable service you've come to expect from UPS. Each shipment is insured up to $100. We have developed our own insulated shipping package that allows us to ship chocolate year round without the need for cold packs. It is provided without additional cost to you. Our products should not be stored in a refrigerator once they reach their destination. If they are, they will attract moisture and exhibit white spots. These spots will not effect the taste but do effect the looks! |
